Kline is rather outgoing, especially with the ladies, if you haven't noticed yet. He will hit them up, young or old. The reason is that he is searching for a wife. To take his place as King of his clan/country, he must be married. Kline, due to ego fits, is rather scared of commitment in general. So, he invented the ultimate plan. That plan involving on hitting on any girl. Most girls would be turned off by his forwardness and turn him away. Of course, he would persist, but only to show to other girls that he isn't a person you want commitment with. This plan worked extraordinarily well in his own world but failed hardcore in the city for reasons unknown to him (and me). If confronted with someone wanting a permanent relationship, Kline's attitude turns sour and he become very insulting. He feels bad about it later but thinks it's best for the long run, to keep women away.
Kline is also fairly upbeat most of the time, wanting to forget the bad moments of his life. After going through a tough time, he'll usually play it off as a joke to bolster morale. He's also gifted with his own set of morales involving women, which he isn't hesitant to force others to follow. The royalty bearing holds true here.
In regards to Kline's eye patch, it covers up a perfectly normal eye. It is a custom in his family to bear the eye patch until a lady with wife material is found. The eye would be shown to the lady, sealing the marriage contract. Of course, this can also happen in accident or from overly curious women. In both cases, the contract is still legal and binding. However, someone else can challenge Kline to a duel to make that contract null and void. If Kline loses, which he will most likely do on purpose, then the marriage contract doesn't exist and the lady is free to go.
In terms of powers, Kline has two major things accompanying him. First is his ability to control wind. From something as weak as a light breeze to anything short of a tornado, Kline can sometimes wreak havok. He typically only uses it in attacks that compliment his sword fighting.
Also, Kline has his armor and sword. They aren't magical nor do they have any magical properties. However, they were forged with a special alloy in an extremely hot magical fire condition. The armor is very light weight and is strong enough to block bullets but it hasn't been fully tested on it's true strength. It has been pierced once by a lance and slashed through by a sword but both were wielded by an extremely strong person. Both his armor and sword are colored green and outlined in gold.
In terms of fighting ability, Kline lacks in a one on one fight. He was trained to fight with a partner, so many times, he finds himself hard pressed to pick up the slack he wasn't used too. Kline is also naturally weak against lightning and water but naturally strong against fire and light.
